Welcome! I am a Licensed Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Diplomate in Counseling Psychology. I love what I do-helping individuals, couples, groups and families navigate their way through life’s challenges and uncertainties. We work together to empower, expand and find one’s fullest, best self. Together, we focus on both what you bring to therapy and understanding that through the connection we build together. I look forward to working with you! I have 30+ years of experience as a therapist. I am also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the George Washington University School of Medicine. I earned my PHD and MSW at the University of Maryland.
