ISMA provides the physical benefits of aerobic fitness, improves the condition of the heart and lungs, develops strong bones, tones and strengthens muscles, improves coordination, flexibility, and agility, builds endurance, and releases tension. * ISMA works with All ages and Abilities ISMA offers the opportunity to practice 1-on-1 with your instructor or create your own group classes or family classes (of 2 or more persons).
