Hi there. I’m Michelle Bell and I became an Estate Planning attorney, because of my personal experience of having my mother pass away when I was 15 years old. Not only did I experience grief at an unspeakable level but I was forced to go through the intense and very stressful court process called probate for the next 3 years until I was 18 years old. Because of my first-hand experience with grief and probate, I’ve designed my practice around educating families on the effects of an unexpected event and it’s impact on a minor child in hopes of preventing others from experiencing the pitfalls of naming minors as beneficiaries, not properly protecting their legacy and saving their family from conflict and court.
