Meisner Technique Studio: Washington D.C

This Meisner Studio is considered by many to be the best acting studio for actors interested in professional actor training. The acting programs that the studio provides are based on the Meisner Technique, created by Sanford Meisner. The studio is dedicated to preserving the acting technique. The studio teaches the technique exactly as Sandy Meisner intended. The acting programs at the studio includes the two year acting program, as well as a Meisner Intensive that meets twice a year. The Fall Meisner Intensive begins each October and the Meisner Summer Intensive begins each June. This six week training program introduces actors to the first part of the Meisner Training. Entrance to the studio is based on an interview with the studio.
