N-Flux

We are a small community focused on training in physical fitness, Krav Maga Self Defense, and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu as well as Boxing and Kickboxing. We're housed in our own full gym facility that is available for classes and individual workouts. our amenities include barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, RowErgs, SkiErgs, Air Bikes, treadmills, rigs for weight lifting, pull ups, dips and monkey bar climbing as well as full shower facilities and a bar for working or hanging out between classes. We keep our classes small and foster a community that values supporting, challenging and celebrating each other.
