The National African American Roller Skating Archive (NAARSA) is the world's first African American roller skating exhibit in Washington, DC. It is the home of some of the best-known artifacts submitted by roller skaters across the nation. Directions 1. Via Benning Road NE: Take Benning Rd NE and Bladensburg Rd NE. Turn left onto 17th St NE. Destination will be on the left in the Perkins Building. 2. Via East Capitol Street NE: Take East Capitol St NE to C St NE. Turn left onto 17th St NE.
