Patrick E. Hallak, MD

Dr. Hallak is a board-certified nephrologist with more than 10 years' experience in the field. He is also board certified in internal medicine. He specializes in treating people with kidney transplants, solid organ transplant recipients with chronic kidney disease, imbalances in electrolytes caused by kidney disease, glomerulonephritides (a condition that causes inflammation and scarring of the kidneys' filters that cause the kidneys to lose the ability to remove waste and excess fluid from the blood), and high blood pressure that does not respond to aggressive treatment.
