We achieve this through a special technique which breaks the milk sugar into its components – galactose and glucose. Ruben’s uses ethically sourced cocoa beans and vanilla from cooperatives in Mexico that are subject to a special fermentation process. This leads to a unique fruity, exotic cocoa note. We add Alpine Swiss whole milk for a creamy taste. The unique process of breaking down the lactose preserves the natural sweetness of the milk. Now, even lactose intolerant chocolate lovers can enjoy a delicious tasting chocolate.
