Dr Sara Rahman completed her undergraduate degree in Near Eastern Studies and Biology at Cornell University. After undergrad, Dr Rahman spent two years working as an HIV researcher, tester, and counselor at Project BRIEF at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. Her stigmatized patients were mostly from underserved communities; advocating for her patients ignited a passion that led her to pursue a career in medicine. She attended the Frank H Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at George Washington University. In addition to her clinical duties, Dr Rahman is completing the Medical Education Fellowship at GW. Dr Rahman has a passion for research and education.
