I am a DC voice teacher specializing in training professional and avocational singers of all ages to produce their unique singing voice in a healthy, reliable and confident way. I base my teaching on thirty years of performance experience and a Doctorate in Vocal Performance (UMD-CP). In addition to guiding professional theater, musical theater and opera and classical singers, I also have long experience in supporting the creativity and development of young singers (age 8+), guiding adolescents through voice change and school auditions, and helping older singers to prolong the health and functionality of the voice and their enjoyment of it.
